The location is perfect, being back from the business of Campbell Parade, but still close enough to be able to walk to the beach and shops.

Overall, I had a positive experience living at 5 Foam Street. The apartment was comfortable and the location was convenient for my needs e.g., commute to work, access to parks, local shops]. There were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited storage space and occasional noise from the street, but nothing major. I would recommend 5 Foam Street to those looking for a great property in a great location.

The street is quite noisy at night with the pub down the street quite lively.

We love the building and the quality of the finishes. The builder has done an amazing job on this property and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the development. It has been amazing moving in here.

The building's prime location is a dream come true - I'm just a short stroll from Albert Park Lake, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and the vibrant city center. The convenience is unparalleled. The building itself is a stunner. The modern architecture, sleek interiors, and top-notch amenities make it feel like a luxury hotel. The gym is well-equipped, the pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the rooftop terrace offers breathtaking city views. While the building's management is generally efficient, there have been a few minor hiccups with maintenance requests. However, the overall experience has been positive. The community here is friendly and diverse, creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a sophisticated and convenient lifestyle in Melbourne, Australia Heights is definitely worth considering.
